Though Brenda may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Brenda touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her father Delmar Woida; and her nephew Elvis Mejia. She is survived by: her mother Mary Woida; her daughter Tessa Stene Woida (Kenny Fuller); and her siblings, Bill Woida (Chelo), Robert Woida, Bruce Woida (Liana) and Liz Petersen (Jeff). She is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews, many cousins, aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Hennepin County Medical Center Specialty Clinic (where she received outstanding treatment and love) as Brenda was passionate about helping other cancer fighters in need.
