He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chapman and Lola Chapman (Prouty); and his siblings, Russell, Marcella, Edna, Irene, Mildred, Ruth, Margaret, Thelma and Ernest.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Chapman; his children, Beverly Verschoor, Edward Chapman, David Chapman (Kim) and Susan Linderoth (Craig); his grandchildren, Melissa Verschoor, Anthony Chapman, Abraham Barr, Samatha Barr (Eliazan Garcia), Jon Verschoor and Nikkita Chapman; his stepgrandchildren, Kayla, James Linderoth, Chelsey and Tony Schauman; his great grandchildren, Lydia Verschoor, Alexa, Fernanda, Damian, Elian Garcia Barr, Natalie, Aden Barr and Ava Chapman; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Karyna Carlson, Ariana Reyes and Sophia Linderoth.
