He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Lyons and Esther Lyons; his wife Gloria Guthrie; his grandson Matthew Lepak; and his siblings, Bob, Phyllis, Mary Kay, Patricia and Madonna.
He is survived by: his children, Dan Egan (Jody), Diane Theis, David Egan, Deborah Maki (Paul), Denise Egan, Douglas Egan, Dawn Gross and Darren Egan (Karen); his grandchildren, Jennifer Smith (Glenn), Jaclyn Theis, Nicholas Maki (Desi), Adam, Daniel, Fey Egan, Ashlee Larson (Scott), Tanner Egan (Hailey), Tyler Gross and Samantha Stapleton (Patrick); his great grandchildren, Lily Larson, Evie, Ellie Smith, Grace, Ben Theis and Lucy Lepak; and also Brittany Lepak. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church - Aurora (16 W 5th Ave N, Aurora, MN 55705). A Mass was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
