He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Johnson and Ruby Johnson (Tronsgard); and his brother Walter "Cork" Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Deb; his children, Mikal Johnson (Kristy), Melissa Stapleton, Michelle Gigstead (Darren) and Kari Adams (Jeremiah); his grandchildren, Angelica, Tyler, Emily, Robbie, Mia, Jacob, Dresden and Greyson; his sister-in-law Harriet Johnson; and his nephews, Lee and Brad.
