“Dear Vernon "MOOSE" Read family..... i Spoke w/ him 5 hours before he died and he confirmed to me that Yes He still believes in Jesus Christ and prays still and wished to continue that we pray for ea other, check in on each other sev times/week. He prayed one would come to me n fix my roof He spoke of a hunting trip for bear in Canada that he was looking forward to now and a deer hunt.. He asked for some pictures of a recent snow on spring blooms in my garden, always looking forward n for others”
