She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Voorhees and Janet Voorhees (Jossart); her brother Bob Voorhees; and her parents-in-law, Leo Sr. and Mable Roush.
She is survived by: her husband Leo; her daughters, Amy Welch (Chris) of Litchfield, Stacy Roush of Atwater and Sara Miller (Matt) of Roscoe; her grandchildren, Emily (Aidan), Taylor, Josiah Welch, Sophia, Kaleb and Hayden Miller; her siblings, Alan Voorhees (Michelle) of Bemidji, Terry Voorhees (Kris) of Apple Valley, Colleen Anathan (Jim) of Farmington and Jennifer Karrow (Jeff) of Alexandria; and her sister-in-law Mary Voorhees.
