He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Sandra Lee Klingfuss (Kevin) and Michael Jay Niver (Paula); his granddaughters, Megan Elaine Merchiewitz (Daniel) and Mariah Elizabeth Herkenhoff (Jeremy); his great grandchildren, Jaxson Jay, Liam Vincent, Skyler Elaine and Rizzo James; his brother Dennis Michael Niver (Patricia); and his pet Harley.
