He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis McNeely and Kathryn McNeely; his parents-in-law, Donovan and Myrtle Grover; and his grandson Kevin McNeely.

He is survived by: his wife Kathleen McNeely of Ashby; his children, Patrick'Pat'McNeely of Golden Valley, MN, James'Jim' and Michele'Miki'Crusius (Bill Joerns) of Buffalo Grove, IL; his grandchildren, Caitlin'Cait' Rasmussen (Justin), Henry'Hank'McNeely, Samantha'Sammy', Benjamin'Ben'Crusius and Anthony'Tony'McNeely; his great grandchildren, Emmie, Sophie and Archer Rasmussen; his sister Janet Knip; and also, Kristin, Shawn, Carter and Carson Spangler.

The family would like memorials to go to Ashby Legacy Fund and Pelican Lake Cemetery Fund.
