He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Santen and Ruby Van Santen; his brother Kenneth Van Santen (Shannon); his siblings-in-law, Terry Nelson and Diane Van Santen; his nephew Peter Van Santen; his parents-in-law, Ruben and Marion Jacobson; and his brother-in-law Jack Stevens.
He is survived by: his wife Patty; his sons, Chad (Kathy) and Cory Van Santen (Julie); his grandchildren, Madison (Dalon), Michael (Heather), Kaylee and Jessi; his great grandchild Wesley Michael Van Santen; his siblings, Renee Jorud (Daryl), Sue Nelson, Duane (LeAnne) and Mark Van Santen (Geri); and his siblings-in-law, Dennis Jacobson (Bev), Dianne Stevens and Cathy Olson (Steve). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
