He is survived by: his siblings, Roxanne Muldoon (John) of Eau Claire, Sandra Dykstra (Jerry) of Troy, Thomas Klages of Waukesha and Bradley Klages of Waukesha, Wisconsin.; his nephew Jared Dykstra (Anna); and his niece Lauren Pavlov. He is also survived by three great-nieces.
