He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Stender and Gert Stender. He is survived by: his siblings, Shelah Burandt (Bob) of Waconia, Doug Stender (Carol) of Fergus Falls, Lowell Stender (Mary), Tom Stender of Eden Prairie, Debby Miller (Ron) of Waconia, Lynn Vos (Jim) of Green Isle, Kim Stender of Eden Prairie, Mike Stender (Lisa) of Buffalo and Julie McGillivray (Edward) of Chanhassen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers or memorials, donations to N.C. Little Hospice House in David's memory are preferred.
