He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Kostrzewski and Alice Kostrzewski (Pokrzywinski); his daughter Kristen; his brother Daniel Kostrzewski; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Kostrzewski.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Przybylski; his daughter Donna of Rochester, MN; his siblings, Jeanette Asp (Jim), Richard Kostrzewski of Rosewood, MN, Jerry Kostrzewski (Ellette), Rosemary Kostrzewski of Wadena, MN and Gary Kostrzewski (Jane Vendell) of Shoreview, MN; his aunt Geraldine; and his uncle Raphael Topka.
