It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Calvin Sorenson of Argyle, Minnesota, born in Warren, Minnesota, who passed away on August 23, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jens Sorenson and Bessie Sorenson (Yuergens); his son Jay Sorenson; his great grandchild Josie Perkerewicz; his siblings, Jack Sorenson, Connie Brooks, DeLone Riopelle and Janice Hamrick; and his siblings-in-law, Marvin Turnland, Burke Stewart, Jerry Brooks, Leonard Riopelle, Marwood Hamrick, Claude Spicer and Patricia Sorenson.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnye Carlson; his children, Renee Borowicz (Michael) of Argyle, MN, David Sorenson (Lisa) of Argyle, MN and Audra Donarski (Patrick Schultz) of Laporte, MN; his daughter-in-law Judy St (Edward); his grandchildren, Jill Perkerewicz (Josh), Jeena Laudal (Brennan), Heather Radermacher (Grant), Jennifer Borowicz (Jeremy Clow), Alison Wall (Tom Grzadzieleski), Dana Setterholm (Brandon), Brandon Sorenson (Betsy), Brooke Grochowski (Austin), Nickolas Donarski (Natalie Fast) and Sophia Donarski; his great grandchildren, Jerzey, Jorja, Jules Perkerewicz, Jayce, Taylor, Charlotte, Luke Laudal, Carter, Beckett Wall, Myla, Jack Setterholm, Blake, Boone Sorenson, Ness Donarski and Clow; his sisters, June Turnland of Scottsdale, AZ and Pam Witkosky (John) of Diamond, OH; his sister-in-law Barbara Spicer of Grand Forks, ND; and his pet Sammy.
