With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walfrid Ashlie Johnson of Arden Hills, Minnesota, who passed away on December 24, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Kristin Gavett (Scott) and Walfrid Johnson; his granddaughters, Vivian, Grace and Audrey Gavett; his sisters, Josephine Bolstad (James) and Jacqueline Johnson; and his sister-in-law Joan Anderson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to The Lutheran Church of the Resurrection or The American Cancer Society.
