Patrick N. Michalek Obituary

He was predeceased by: his brother Christian. He is survived by: his parents, Mick and Van; his brother Dominique (Jennifer); his niece Dasha Jechorek (Jeff); his great-nephews, Angelo and Owen; his great-niece Maddalyn; and his sister-in-law Laurie. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Patrick was employed by Cub Foods for 27 years, enjoyed Frisbee golf and gave the gift of life though organ donation upon his passing.
