It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of JoAnn Cirks of Arden Hills, Minnesota, born in Park Rapids, Minnesota, who passed away on July 2, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Miller and Marie Miller (Kramer); and her husband Gary Cirks. She is survived by: her stepgrandchildren, Meagan and Kelsey; her children, Steve (Diane) and Lisa Cirks Maple Grove; and her granddaughters, Meagan and Kelsey. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and family members and friends.
