He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Abbie (Travis), Gary (Tammy), Amy (Steve) and Tony (Abbi); and his grandchildren, Alissa, Justin, Hailey, Emily, Luke, Adam and Archie. He is also survived by many other extended family members, friends.
