Dale is survived by: wife Jill; children, Dana Lindman-Gustner (Charlie), Ryan (Krysta) and Nicole Shultz (Greg); grandchildren, Ben, Brody, Samuel, Ella, Layla and Ava; and siblings, Darrell (Becky), Denise Lindman (Bob) and Donna Shamp (Doug). Dale is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
