It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlene Lavonne Otis (Arden Hills, Minnesota), born in Hawarden, Iowa, who passed away on June 30, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Robert C. Otis. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Otis (Judy), Victoria Simkins (George), Randal Otis, Susan Jensen (Sam Lucast), Steven Otis (Kim) and Robert Otis (Faye); her grandchildren, Julie, Grant, Joshua (Kelli), Cory (Kevin), Adam (Alexandria), Bobbi, Randy, Ryan (Michelle), Madeleine (Joe), Jacob (Lexie), Claire and Drew; her great grandchildren, Kaylin, Makenna, Reece, Reagan, Rylee Kate, Wesley, Elise, Indira and Finley; and her siblings, Clinton Utech (Frances), Franklin Utech (Sandi), Genevieve Busch (Robert), Lois Jean Kauffman (Leo) and Ronald Utech.
