He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Dokken of Appleton; his son Michael Dokken of Appleton; his uncle Marcel Kellner (Gloria) of Benson; his aunts, Olga Anderson of Glenwood and Carol Dokken of Benson; and his siblings-in-law, Thomas Muehlbauer (Marcellis), Ray Muehlbauer of Danvers, Tim Muehlbauer (Mary) of Clara City, Leo Muehlbauer of Danvers, David Muehlbauer of Benson, Deanne Bennett (Dave) of Newfolden, Gloria Muehlbauer of Benson and Kathy Muehlbauer of Danvers. He is also survived by his cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
