He is survived by: his wife Sharon Nichols; his daughters, Lori Turner and Jody Hulbert; his grandchildren, Joey Hulbert, Dylan Hulbert, Allison Hulbert, Trevor Turner and Rileigh Turner; his siblings, Vesta Schiller (Ken) and Steve Evans (Joy); and his siblings-in-law, Kim Johnson (Jim), Becky Anderson (Eric) and Richard Nichols (Deb). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
