He is survived by: his children, Mark Voorhees (Judy Kammer) of Eden Prairie, Cheryl Voorhees of Appleton, Ritchie Voorhees (Mary) of Appleton, Mary Jo Hoffman of Roseville and Bradley Voorhees (Mary) of Appleton; his grandchildren, Adrienne Mendenhall (Ian), Jenna Schiller, Kaitlyn Anderson (Travis), Nathaniel Kettner (Angie), Janine Schaffer (Bryan), Jared Voorhees (Kara), Joel Voorhees, Michelle Mieka Jo Hoffman (Nathan), Miranda Arnold (Ryan), Maggie Krzyzanowski (Brad), Chris Pesek, Jamey Pesek (Michelle), Matthew Pesek (Jenny) and Alison Solma (Matt); his great grandchildren, Ruby, James Mendenhall, Alayna Bjerke, Olivia Kettner, Kylie Forslin, Charlie Taintor, Matthew Rautio, Ariana Kettner, Cameron, Jaxton, McKenzie, Lilly, Lucy, Lola, Liv Schaffer, Zeek, Nettie, Della, Loddie Voorhees, Nico, Luca Arnold, Mateja, Chloe Pesek, Riley, Madison, Taylor Pesek, Hayden and Hattie Solma; his brother Ward Voorhees (Carol); his sister-in-law Margaret Voorhees; and his close friend Marlys Bartz.
