He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Smith of Appleton; his children, Susan Baker of Duluth, Sharon Smith of St. Paul, Dennis Smith (Robin) of Holloway, Daniel Smith (Kristin) of Holloway and David Smith (Audrey) of Barron, WI; his siblings, Merrian Thompson, Margaret Keller, Jeannine Sachs of Wyoming, Kathy Jagow of Willmar and Jim Smith of Appleton; his grandchildren, Jacob Baker (Cate), Nathan Smith (Jolene), Gregory Smith (Kayla), Cassaundra Smith, Allen Smith (Deanne), Samuel Smith (Melissa), Ben Smith, Charisse Smith, Kelsey Johnson (Nick), Courtney Smith and Eric Smith (Stephanie); and his great grandchildren, Kathleen, Bradley, Noah, Owen, Molly, Savannah, Lilly, Isabelle, Adleigh, Carly, William, Riley, Kyler, Jonah, Hailey, Wesley, Annabelle, Beckett, Everly, Chloe, Connley, Finn, Joely and Kinsley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
