It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Woodroe Franklin Jr. of Apple Valley, Minnesota, born in Parkdale, Arkansas, who passed away on September 24, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodroe Franklin and Ola Mae Franklin. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Woodroe Franklin III and Darlene Goines; his grandsons, Ramsey and Aubrey Franklin; and his siblings, Darsie Clark, Bessie Barkley and Frank Franklin. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
