He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Kos and Blanche Kos (Terry); his wife Mary; his son Peter; and his brother Richard Koss.
He is survived by: his children, Paul (Jill) and Peggy Bendt (John); his grandchildren, Hayley, Carly, Greta, Eliza, Matthew and Jeffrey; and his great grandchild Kamari. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
