With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Stella Yu Ying Johnson of Apple Valley, Minnesota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Stella Yu Ying left this world on February 17, 2025 at the age of 71, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Stella Yu Ying may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her father Chun Sing Wong; and her husband William "Bill" Patterson. She is survived by: her children, Kristen (Luke) and Alex (Melissa); her close friend Jaber Alsiddiqui; and her mother Mai Yuet Law. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Life Lutheran Church (16200 Dodd Ln, Lakeville, MN 55044). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Association (alz.org) or Habitat for Humanity (habitat.org) are preferred.
