He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Breckenridge and Florence Breckenridge (Muetzel); and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Yoko; his son Richard Breckenridge (Amanda); his granddaughter Emma of Plano; his brother Gordon (Kaye) of Alpena; and his sister-in-law Barbara of Marshall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
