He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emil Charlier and Eva Charlier of Dayton, IL.; his wife Joanne Dooley; his sons, Mark and Mike (Misty); his daughter-in-law Misty; and his grandsons, Michael and Jacob.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the White Funeral Home - Apple Valley (14560 Pennock Ave, Apple Valley, MN 55124). A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu flowers and gifts, we are requesting donations to Our Lady of Peace Hospice Home (2076 St Anthony Ave, St. Paul, MN 55104) where Dick experienced incredible care with family and friends before passing.
