He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Jr. Fornicoia and Ann Fornicoia; and his brother Chucky. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Gina Lind (Kevin), Nick (Mara), Marybeth Rolfe (Randy), Katie Gross (Jon), Naomi Kurth (Adam), Annie Cernoch (Brandon) and Mikey Fornicioa (Stacey); and his siblings, Tony (Sandy) and Ann Marie Leone (Remo). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
