He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Qualley and Idella Qualley; and his brother Wayne Qualley. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Deanna Qualley; his niece Denise Melander (Chris); and his nephew John Qualley (Val). He is also survived by great nephews, great nieces and their families and other extended family.
