It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne H. Welch of Apple Valley, Minnesota, who passed away on September 22, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Welch; her son David L. Welch; her parents, Walter Hoskins and Lillian Hoskins; and her siblings, James Hoskins, Gordon Hoskins and Charlotte Colbert.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Haer (John), Diane Phillips and Daniel (Amy); her grandchildren, Ryanne, Erin, Tyler, Samantha Hoepner (Nathaniel), Stephanie (Jon), Nathan (Ava) and Rebekah; her great grandchild Lillian; and her brother Robert Hoskins (Freda). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
