She is survived by: her father Dale Folcik; her husband John Paul Kartes; her mother Jodi Folcik; her brothers, Nathan Folcik (Erin) and Eric Folcik (Jessica); her nieces, Autumn and Taylor Folcik; and her mother-in-law Patricia Terry. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
