It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James A. Lostetter of Apple Valley, Minnesota, who passed away on July 23, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Beverly "Bev"; and his children, Randy (Vicki), Kristi Testa (Tim) and Todd (Tracy). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
