He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Vinchattle and Edith Vinchattle (Knutson); and his sisters, Judy Mikonowicz (Vinchattle) and Dee Means (Vinchattle). He is survived by: his former wife Marilyn L. Anderson of Fort Dodge; his wife Linda Vinchattle (Fertig) of Fort Dodge, Iowa.; his children, Vicki Pearson (Layne) of Eagan, Denis Vinchattle of Fort Dodge and Julie Rabbitt of Gowrie, Iowa; his grandchildren, Carrie Rabbitt Pelz of Fort Dodge, Zachary Pearson of Madison and Tyler Pearson of Eagan, Minnesota; his great grandchildren, McKenzie Conley of Ankeny, Trevin Conley of Fort Dodge and Alaina Pearson of Madison, Wisconsin; his brother David Vinchattle of Bismarck; and his siblings-in-law, Dale Means of Apple Valley, Jana Baldwin of Fort Dodge and Tim Fertig (Zenaida Chuchay) of San Diego, California. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews, and many great nieces and nephews.
