It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Emil Finstad of Apple Valley, Minnesota, born in Alexandria, Minnesota, who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Finstad and Irene Finstad (Betty). He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Hawley; his children, Michael Finstad (Jodi) and Susanne Cahalan (Daniel); and his grandchildren, Kaylin, Kamryn, Kelsey Finstad, Mackenzie and Tyler Cahalan.

Memorials will be donated to, Furball Farm Cat Sanctuary, in Faribault, MN.
