She is survived by: her husband David Pates; her daughters, Martha Jackson (Karl) and Andrea Johnson (Tom); her grandchildren, Micah Bowe, Nathan, Abigail and Aaron Jackson; and her sister Karen Swan. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
