With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Viola Eldora Putnam of Anoka, Minnesota, who passed away on September 16, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Merrill; her son Paul; her parents, Ellen Westlund and Swan Westlund; and her sisters, Lorraine Anderson, June Nordstrom and Edith Blue.

She is survived by: her children, Merrill (Jean), David (Sandy), Mike, Darlene (Kirby), Annette (Ira) and Jeanne (Ted); and her sisters, Joyce Roseland, Charlotte Dickison and Emily Benson. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
