She is survived by: her husband Thomas; her children, Mary Jo Horowicki, Marcus Horowicki (Lisa), Michael Horowicki (Maureen) and Jeffrey Horowicki; her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Aaron Foster, Nathan Downey, Jacob, Charles, Libby and Benjamin Horowicki; and her siblings, Joanne Novak and John Bartoszek.
