He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Johnson and Donna Johnson; and his siblings, Allen, Scott and Jeri Jean.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Johnson (Bain); his daughters, Vanessa Lark and Kelly Torrez (Michael); his grandsons, Markus and Gage; and his siblings, Diane, AJ (Mary), Terri (Elmer), Tim and Robert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
