He was predeceased by: his parents, Ken Thompson and Kay Thompson. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Jo Thompson, Bob Thompson (Janet) and Margaret "Kati" Thompson; and his friend Paul. He is also survived by his brother, sisters, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
