He was predeceased by: his wife Karen (Brecht); his parents, Eva Finnegan and LeRoy Finnegan; his birth parents, Violet and Ray Finnegan; his siblings, Eugene Finnegan and Ramona Sitter (Norm); and his nephew Matthew Finnegan.
He is survived by: his close friend Deb Pittman; his brothers, Dennis (Lois), Steve (Karla) and Jim (Tamara); his children, Kathy Beatty (Tim), Molly Jacob (Matt) and Jon Finnegan (Mary); and his grandchildren, Brittany Beatty (Aaron), Taylor Podkopacz (Nick) and Violet Jacob.
