It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mark Braaten of Anoka, Minnesota, who passed away on February 10, 2025, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nordahl Braaten and Verna Braaten (Jackson) of Austin, Minnesota.; his sister Mary Anderson; and his niece Mandy Mergen. He is survived by: his friend Dorothy (Potter); his wife Dorothy; his brother James Braaten; his children, Alyssa (Jeff), Jayson (Ashley) and Jerika (Andrew); his nephew Erick (Ally); and his grandchildren, Eva, Jazlyn, Anthony, Lucy, Andrew Jr. and Journee. He is also survived by many other in-laws, family, coworkers, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (1601 4th Ave, Anoka, MN 55303). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials preferred.
