With solemn reverence, we commemorate Lyle Gardner Root (Anoka, Minnesota), whose life came to an end on November 13, 2024 at the age of 91, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl and Caroline; his siblings, Joyce Root, Erline Nelson (Ed), Betty Marlow (Ed), Forrest (Rae Carol) and Lona Haskins; and his friend Gerald Johnson.
He is survived by: his brother Jerry (Dorothy); and his brother-in-law Charlie Haskins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mount Olive Church (700 Western St, Anoka, MN 55303). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Forest Hill Cemetery Church.
