With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Elaine Hetland (Anoka, Minnesota), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 16, 2025 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Wadeson and William Wadeson; her significant other Chester A. Hetland; her son Leon Hetland; and her grandson Jason Budde.
She is survived by: her children, Chester (Mary Jane), Ron (Joyce), Colleen (Ken) and Cathy (Paul); her daughter-in-law Jill; and her grandchildren, Jon, Rachel, Steve, Suzy, Mike, Mark, Anne, Lynnea, Chris, Jeff, Sherri, Stacey, Stephanie, Amy and Robert. She is also survived by 34 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; 7 step-grandchildren; 1 step great-great-grandchild; many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Joyce's honor are preferred to the charitable organization of the donor's choice.
