She is survived by: her husband Chuck; her siblings, Mike Schmidt (Maxine) and Nancy Hayen (Tim); her children, Kevin Jacobson (Sara) and Lisa Pack (John); her nephew Andy Schmidt; her niece Erica Schmidt; and her grandchildren, Drew Pack and Avery Pack. She is also survived by cousins and extended family.
