He was predeceased by: his grandfather James Carollo. He is survived by: his parents, Karmen Koosman and Philip Carollo; his brothers, Kenneth Koosman, Joseph, Andrew, Ben and Frank Carollo; his grandparents, Joan Marshall, Eldor Koosman and Mary Carollo; his nephew Connor Koosman; and his niece Jemma Koosman.
