She was predeceased by: her father Bruce O'Hern; her grandparents, Ruth, Marland O'Hern, Ella and Edgar Horn; and her godmother Caroline Horn.

She is survived by: her mother Joyce O'Hern; her aunt Karen Horn; her uncles, Steve O'Hern and Myron Horn; and her siblings, Tanya and Cory. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous other relatives and friends.
