He is survived by: his children, Kelli Andvik (Matt), Brigon Munkholm (Adam) and Michael Munkholm; his grandchildren, Mason, Max, Garrett and Braylon; and his sister Jeannie Jensen (Van). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
