With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Evelyn Benson of Anoka, Minnesota, born in Wrigley, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 5, 2024 at the age of 93. In the sacred silence of farewell, Evelyn is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Whitt and Genevieve Whitt; her husband Stanley; and her son Jerry. She is survived by: her children, Phil Benson (Ruby) and Sandra Severson (David); her grandchildren, Nanette Yurecko (Tim), Phillip Benson, Courtney Provido (Ben) and Brandon Severson; her great grandchild Natalia Yurecko; and her sister Joyce Cadri.
