He was predeceased by: his parents, Melville Skinner (Meb) and Kathlyn Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, Stephen, David (Leeann) and Kari; and his grandchildren, Lane Skinner and Rachael Cleveland (Dan). He is also survived by many loving relatives and lifelong friends.
Private Services will be held for Dwight due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
